“hey hun” Kim said walking in the door
“hey, what’s up?what are you doing here?” Amanda responded
“oh nothing, came home early...Everyone should be back soon..anyway I had the weirdest dream last night”
“really? about what?” Amanda said taking a sip of her soda
“about...Taylor” Kim said as Amanda’s soda came flying out of her mouth
“what? why?”
“I don’t know, I’ve been thinking about him a lot....” she paused “I kinda miss him” Kim said
“oh no you don’t!” Amanda said jokingly “come on what about AJ did you to end up hooking up?”
“kinda yes kinda no” she thought about her answer for a second “well you see I think we did, cuz well I just think we did, but I don’t know if we are officially a couple”
“do you want me to find out?” Amanda asked
“no that’s alright, I’ll pick up on it soon” Kim laughed
“anyway why did you have a dream about Taylor?” Amanda asked very confused
“I don’t know, when we were in Rome, I started thinking about him, cuz that was our 2 year anniversary, and on our anniversary we were going to plan a trip to Rome, that’s also why I didn’t go”
*So that’s why Taylor was down there and figured Kim would be there too* Amanda thought to herself
“ok I gotta tell you something” Amanda said
“sure, what is it?”
“I saw Taylor when we were down there, me and Nick talked to him in an elevator and he was looking for you, and I didn’t want to tell you cuz I knew you were a little un easy about the whole trip, and I figured you didn’t want to be reminded of him”
“you what? why didn’t you tell me?” Kim asked getting up from her seat
“well you never told me you two were planning a trip to Rome”
“well...so I left out one detail, why didn’t you tell me?”
“I was only trying to help...”
“I gotta go, I’m gonna go call him” Kim interrupted.
* Why is she so pissed, I was trying to be a good friend, and I didn’t actually have any time to tell her cuz of all that went on that night* Amanda thought to herself as Kim ran outside.
“Kim, I didn’t actually have any time to tell you cuz of that night” Amanda yelled out as Kim’s car was pulling out of the driveway “ are you seriously mad at me?” she yelled a little annoyed
“no, I just need to talk to him” She said zooming down the street kinda annoyed. Amanda couldn’t believe it, she thought Kim would thank her for not telling her right away, and besides not only would it have made Kim uncomfortable but it surely would have made AJ. Later that day Kim came back and apologized. She told Amand the whole story between her and Taylor. Kim had called Taylor once she got to her house. Everyone was outside by the pool when Kim came back.
“so what did he say?”
“nothing, just that he missed me...and I realized....”
“yeah??” Amanda asked
“that I want AJ not him” Kim said looking up at Amanda. Amanda just smiled
“well, good...good for you, besides Taylors a jerk” Amanda laughed
“yeah” Kim sighed. Kim knew Amanda was right, and she didn't want to add any more problems for Amanda.
