Direct support for the boys
A group of young Christians from Austria, involved in the farm project, designed a project for helping the boys by placing them in re-qualification courses, paid for by the former. The objective is their employment in other professions. Having graduated from a special school, the boys have poor professional training, and the lack of a home and education deprive them from integrating in society and working. Following this project, by the sustained work of the entire team, we target: the development of personality, character, aptitudes, relationships with others (work colleagues), finding a job for them to support themselves financially, and to have the possibility to start a family.

1. Idee und Ziel
1.1. Idee:
Wir bieten ein von uns finanziertes Ausbildungsprogramm an, das einmalig und freiwillig besucht werden kann.
1.2. Ziel:
Den Burschen die Fähigkeit zu vermitteln, ein selbstständiges Leben führen zu können. (Berufsausbildung in Theorie und Praxis, Verantwortung, Selbstständigkeit, Tüchtigkeit)
2. Ausbildungsprogramm - einzelne Schritte
- Lesen, Schreiben und Rechnen lernen)
- Überprüfung: Lesen, Schreiben und Rechnen
- 3 Monate Probearbeit
- Ziel: Fähigkeiten testen
- eventueller Arbeitswechsel
- Beurteilung ob der Bursche fähig und fleißig ist
- Miete/Sparen
- Berufsschule, Erwerb eines Diploms
- Arbeit bei Link Romania oder anderem Arbeitgeber
- Ziel: Erwerb einer Empfehlung
- Lohn wird von uns bezahlt
- Miete, Sparen
- Selbstständigkeit
IMPORTANT: "väterliche" Betreuung und Erziehung !!!
3. Finanzsystem
(während der Punkte 2 und 4 des Ausbildungsprogramms)Österreich:
- bezahlt die Löhne für die Burschen (Patenschaftssystem)
- bezahlt die Löhne für 1-2 Betreuuer
Link Romania/anderer Arbeitgeber:
- zahlt die Löhne an die Burschen aus
Burschen:
- muß Miete an die Farm zahlen
- muß sparen (Sparbuch?)
- hat Geld zur eigenen Verfügung
Geldfluß:
4. Betreuung
- 1 bis maximal 2 Betreuuer
- "väterliche Betreuung und Erziehung" !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
- während der Punkte 1 bis 5 des Ausbildungsprogramms
- grobe Richtlinien und Aufgabengebiete werden von uns festgelegt
z.B.: Sparen/Miete beaufsichtigen, Ermutigung, Strafe (Spr. 13,24; 29,15), Methoden entwickeln um gewünschtes Erziehungsziel zu erreichen, Rechenschaftspflicht

Sie konnten hier ein Konzept sehen wie wir uns vorstellen dieses Projekt durch zu ziehen.
Wie wir erwähnt haben arbeiten wir zusammen mit einer Gemeinde aus Österreich. Sie haben die Idee mitgebracht und haben sich bereit erklärt uns für 3 Jahre zu unterstützen.
Wie soll das laufen?
Mehrere Leut teilen sich das Gehalt von einem Burschen auf und verpflichten sich fuer 3 Jahre einen der Burschen zu unterstuetzen (Patenschaftssystem). Ihr Gehalt ist der Mindestlohn in Rumaenien.NEEDS

A chance for 8 further boys
In September 2001 we began the construction of a 2-room house, in view of accommodating 8 other homeless boys with no perspective to the farm. The boys at the farm took part in the construction of the house, except for the roof. They poured the foundation, built and plastered. We received sponsorship to be able to finish the roof, for the windows and doors. Pray that God help us finish it.
Agriculture
From the beginning of the agricultural activity, we have been helped by an English Foundation. With the help of English specialists we were able to improve the quality of the land and obtain good crops.
We wish to thank all those involved for supporting this project. Special there were Roman and Lorna involved in this projekt.
NEEDS:
a lot of prayer also in Romania all costs money -> support we are also oppen for practical help a new tractor thereby we can reduce of the cultivation costs a plow
Aliments for the Boys
For some years, with the help of God, we have been receiving aliments from our England Church brothers. These were of great use to us, as we had no money to buy them. Now the Romanian laws no longer allow donations from UK. So that they can continue to help us, the brothers decided to send us money in order to buy the necessary aliments for the making of food in Romania. We thank everybody involved in this project and ask our Lord to repay them for all their efforts.
