Central Activity

These are the steps needed in order to do this activity

Step I      Have all the students collect one gallon of rain water, this will get everyone involved.  If the water is collected on different days, mix the collected water together. This lets the pH level average itself. Store this water in closed containers to use throughout the project. To avoid contamination remember to keep the containers tightly close only opening when needed.

Step II     Take the pH level of the water weekly and record it for future use.
