Library Policies

Here is a quick overview of the policies implemented at the C.B.S Library which were made by the Provincial Information and Library Resources Board.

FINES POLICY

Adult Material

$0.15 per day open

- for each book, magazine, cassette, or CD up to a maximum of $5.00 per item (except for paperbacks and magazines which have a $2.00 maximum)

$1.00 per day open

- for each video up to a maximum of $5.00 per video

Children's Material

$0.05 per day open

- for each book, magazine, cassette or CD up to a maximum of $0.50 per item

$0.50 per day open

- for each video up to a maximum of $5.00 per video
