That is a wise quote from Kristina. I am in sixth period updating an entry for Savannah since she has not been on here in a whole. lala la. I'm bored. And really hungry. It was so funny. In spanish there was this spanish story where these gods threw a rabbit up to the moon so it would go darker..you had to be there; it was hilarious. I'm excited because of the football tailgate party before the football game because there wil be food, and I love food, especially chocolate. This phrase is fun "de donde es tu muchacho noche" it's a song, but we put some of the words in spanish. we are brilliant, yes. Oh my gosh..delicious is a fun word..but thats not why I said omg..like we had a fire drill and there were scary mosquitos attacking us when we were walking through the grass..it was scary !! no, it really was. lol they were flying in everyone's face and everything. I hid behind a couple people. lol. I felt sorry for A lunch because I think they had a shortened lunch, I would have been angry even though it was only a few couple minutes, but luckily I have B lunch. Hmmm I have a soccer game tomorrow. Everyone should come. lol. I like eyeliner and chapstick. They are awesome. mmhmm. I like Harry Potter. I am excited that the movie will come out soon. Savannah is my idol. Ohhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! oh my!!! the most amazingest thing happened ever!!!!!!!!!!!!!! it deserves a lot of exclamation marks, too. Savannah and I got above a hundred in spanish! our grade. AMAZING! and Kristina got a wonderful grade too! Savannah has a 102.66 and I have 1 101.66, amazing I know...AMAZING!!! I have soccer practice and cross country later. Some people in this school scare me. lol. Kristina and I just shared a joke. It was funny. Kristina and I are creating a quiz on bebo. I like that site. The bell rings in five minutes. uh-oh! la la la. Savannah...haha Kristina just sang Savannah's name. la la la...oh shux I better go! ^^

The Teachers Jumped Out of the Windows
The teachers jumped out of the windows.
The principal ran for the door.
The nurse and librarian bolted.
They're not coming back anymore.

The counselor, hollaring madly,
escaped out the door of the gym.
The coach and custodian shouted
and ran out the door after him.

The lunch ladies threw up their ladles,
then fled from the kitchen in haste,
while all of the students looked puzzled
as staff members scurried and raced.

We'd never seen anything like it.
But, still, it was pretty darned cool
to see all the staff so excited
to leave on the last day of school.

As I was coming in from play
I accidentally stubbed my toes
and tripped and fell and whacked my nose.
I chipped a tooth. I cut my lip.
I scraped my knee. I hurt my hip.
I pulled my shoulder, tweaked my ear,
and got a bruise upon on my rear.
I banged my elbow, barked my shin.
A welt is forming on my chin.
My pencil poked me in the thigh.
I got an eyelash in my eye.
I sprained my back. I wrenched my neck.
I'm feeling like a total wreck.
So that's the last time I refuse
when teacher says to tie my shoes.

Family Get-together

I am so irritated that we had that stupid lock-down thing where we couldn't do anything. Even my teacher was confused. I really needed to go to the library for Spanish. Anyway, we wrote a letter today in Creative Writing, and it tells a very good story of mine. It tells of my trip to my cousin Tiffany's house. I love her. She is like my best friend. She's only twenty-four and is absolutely the coolest person ever.Well, here's the story.

You’ll never believe what happened to me. Last weekend, I went over to my cousin, Tiffany’s house. It was so much fun. It was sort of a little family party. Tiffany’s only like twenty-four, so she still likes to have fun and a good time. Her fiancé, Cory, is also young. They live out in the middle of nowhere, technically in Felicity. Tiffany and Cory will be married next month by the way. You should come to the wedding. It will be a blast! They’re very fun people, which is where my story comes in. They own many acres of land near their home. Directly across the one-lane road they live on is a creek that is in a ten feet fall off normal land. Tiffany loves to have Cory drive his truck across the creek and all through their land. They love to explore their land because you never know what you’ll find when you’re around. When I went over, I was asked if I wanted to come along. Of course the daring part of me said yes. Tiffany, a few more friends and I all got in the back of the truck and took off. There we so many people in the back of the truck that we could barely move. Oh my gosh, when we went down that fall into the creek all of us in the back of the truck almost flew out. I was so scared I would fall out and die, but it was so worth it. After the dangerous creek scene, we drove very fast all through the woods. It was so much fun until they went through thorn bushes. Thorns would hit you in the face and cut you. That was a very painful experience. Also, an occasional stick would hit you in the head. At the end of the ride, I had a thorn in my finger and several bruises. The ride was really fun though. When we went back up to the house, we roasted marshmallows and ate candy. I can’t believe I could have so much fun at a family get-together. I have never had this much fun before. I can’t wait to see you again.

New Writing Assignment

Today we wrote a paragraph on one emotion of ours and how we use it. Well, here it is. Please add comments to help me out! This is for a grade!


Excited
Excitement is when you can’t wait until something good happens. When we can have exam exemptions, everyone hopes to get out of all the classes. This year we can only get exempt from three exams, so that’s kind of bad. Anyway, every time exams roll around everyone starts to worry about their grades and especially exams. I feel so excited when I realize I have an “A” in a class, and I have never been absent. Then I don’t have to come to school for two hours when a lot of other people have to. Even if you have to take exams, you only have to come to school until like twelve. If I got exempt from a really hard exam, like Spanish II, I would be so excited that I could just jump up and down. Spanish class is hard enough, but when you have to take the exam for this class you almost always fail, or at least I do. The harder the class is, the even more excited I get to not have to take it. The exam for this class should not be so hard, so I think I’ll take this one. The one other exam I am looking forward to getting exempt from is Biology I. All that class is just memorizing. Excitement is really great for everyone. If you get excited, then you become happy unless things don’t turn out as planned. If courses change, then you feel horrible. Let’s just hope everything turns out okay. I’m really excited about exam exemptions, hopefully I get out of all three of my hardest classes.

Very First Assignment

On the first day of Creative Writing, I didn't know what to expect. Little did I know how fun it would actually be. Well ,here is an example of my work in Creative Writing this year.

I Remember My Very First Boat Ride

My very first boat ride was only a couple years ago. My father bought a platoon boat, and we all went out on the Ohio River to go boating. I know what everyone thinks about the Ohio River, but on this day it was actually kind of nice. I was really excited, because I had never been on a boat before that experience. The minute I stepped on the boat, I knew it would be absolutely fantastic. My younger sister, Cheyenne, and I sat on the very back part of the boat which is called a layout. A platoon boat doesn’t go very fast, but it felt like we were going to fall off the boat into the water. We were scared at first, but thirty minutes later my sister and I got comfortable with the boat. That’s when the real fun started to happen. My father had built in a place where you can hook up a tube to the back of the boat. My whole family went tubing, and it was so much fun. When the boat went around a curve or a sharp turn, we would fall off of the tube into the water. We had life jackets on, so it wasn’t really that big of a deal except for when water smacked us right in the face. This happened to me many times, but the pain seemed to disappear almost instantly towards the end of our trip. After about four hours of relaxing and tubing on the boat, my father, step-mother, sister, and I drove home. This was my very first boat ride, and it turned out to be better than I thought it would be. A couple months ago my father bought a speed boat, so now I go boating more often than ever. Also, the speedboat is much faster than his platoon boat, so tubing is even more exciting.
I’m really happy that I decided to go on my very first boat ride that day, because it presented me with something I’ve found that is very fun and exciting for me to do. Boating is now one of my favorite hobbies, and I will always remember my very first boat ride that summer.
