Why Did You Get Into Djing:

I was sick of buying cd's with only a few tunes i liked, so i decided to take it a step further and make my own cd's full of tunes i love.

About 4 years.

I have mix's on the h2bh torrent tracker but i don't really keep demo cd's, if anyone wants a mix i'd be more than happy to make one.

How Did You Get Into The Music You Are Currently Dj'ing:

It started way back when i was in school, listening to Stu Allan in art class. After a while i started to make mix tapes, then came cd's & mini disk's, then the decks

How Did You Choose Your DJ Name :

Tricky one, it comes from the latin "algor mortis", which means "The cooling of the body that follows death", i shortend it down to "Mortis" which is a "genitive of mors, death". Nice and jolly hey.

What Does Hardcore Mean For You:

It's a way of life, and how i live.

When Did You Get Into It:

When i was 15, around 1995 (also see How Did You Get Into The Music You Are Currently Dj'ing)

What Tricks Do You Try To Incorporate Into Your Mixes:

I tend not to use turntableism, but if im doing a live mix, i will mess around with the cross fader every now and then, droping beats in and out ect.

What Are Your Aspirations For The Next 2 Years:

To stay Hardcore.

Who Are Your Hardcore Inspirations:

I take alot from alot of dj's & producers, Stu Allan = GOD, Force & Styles = For all of the amazing tunes, Scott Brown = A combination of the two above, V.A.G.A.B.O.N.D/Euphoria = Sam is the most talanted producer in the hardcore scene at the moment.

Who Is Your Favourite Dj:

Pro = Scott Brown, Stu Allan, Brisk, Slipmatt, Vinyltrixta, the list goes on.

What's Been Your Favourite Hardcore Moment So Far:

Playing on the radio one sunday and someone shouted in the chatroom "If anyone is not listening to the radio, turn it on now!!", i knew i was doing a good set.

What's Been Your Worst Hardcore Moment:

Two, snaping one of my needles, and loosing all of my mixing skills over x-mass.
