Eminem:

His stage name, also his intials (M and M)

Slim Shady

His alias, or his 'darker side'. Because this is an older tattoo, Ronnie [R.I.P] has slim shady in it. If you look closely you can see slim shady written under the mushroom head.

Rot in Pieces

He got this when he was drunk, and after getting into a fight with Kim. He thought the realtionship was over, but soon got back for Hailie's sake.

Gothic/Tribal Bracelet

It's just a simple bracelet.

Slit Here

This tattoo is on his wrist under the braclet, he got this because he used to cut himself when he was younger, also because sometimes he just wishes someone would slit him there.

D and 12

This is D which is on his left arm, and 12 which is on his right arm. It's his group he works in, D12, or 'Dirty Dozen'.

Hailie Jade

This was done in honour of Hailie Jade.

Ronnie [R.I.P]

He got this in honour of his passed uncle Ronnie Pilkington who died in '91, after comminiting suicide. EMinEM was apparently very close to him, closer to him than anyone else in his family.

Bonnie & Clyde

This is a new tattoo; a portrait of Hailie, complete with roses. It also has the words 'Bonnie & Clyde' underneath the picture, he also got this tattoo, after the song 'Bonnie & Clyde '97' (Slim Shady LP) about him and Hailie being back together.
