Variations on this name include "Heardon," "Herndon," "Herndell," and "Harrington."
He lived in Providence until 1647, when he moved briefly to Lynn, Massachusetts. Eventually, he moved back to Providence. In DEC 1647 he was accused of beating his wife. On 17 FEB 1659, he was again in trouble with the law for disturbing the peace against William White (his father-in-law?).
