Welcome to the hollowed-out shell of a formerly "great" wrestling website known as Steel Step Wrestling. You are currently on the Navigation page, where you will be able to seek out all of the wonders that make SSW so...whatever it is. Then again, who really cares? Well, before you continue on to the other pages, allow me to fill you in on the true story of this website.
Steel Step Wrestling was masterminded in the late 1990s by a man named "Mike" (you may also know him as Tim, Impact Player or Intercrow). SSW had grown out of Mike's old website, WWF Things, and for a long while was a popular site on the Hypermart server, often averaging several hundred hits a day. However, Mike decided that he was tired of working on SSW day in and day out with little or nothing to show for his efforts...so he gave the whole thing to me.
Shortly after I took over SSW, I enlisted the aid of a young CGI wizard known only as Aaron. Sad to say, the project soon went down in flames due to a lack of interest (and content), and that was basically the end. No one but a scant few visitors ever knew what happened, and all that's left is what you see here. As of 2007, SSW has officially been absorbed into Triple-D's Homepage in an attempt to render a sense of permanence to its legacy. Thank you and have a good 2022.
