Texas, where everything is big, including the 60's rock 'n' roll bands.  I was very impressed by the intensity and energies of the Texas garage bands.   From Corpus Christi to San Antonio and Houston North to Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth and Plano The garages were rockin' with the Texas beat. A featured artist on Texas Garage is Jimmy Rabbit & Positively 13 O'Cock from Dallas.   Jimmy was a major DJ at the Dallas radio station KLIF AM 1190 with a show that mixed British Invasion sounds with Texas acts like The Sir Douglas Quintet and The Five Americans.   Working with Positively 13 O'Clock, Jimmy released three great 45's from 1965 - 67.  The song 'Pushover' was featured in the movie High Yellow.  Enjoy their biggest hit 'Psychotic Reaction' and several more great sounds from Jimmy Rabbit and Positively 13 O'Clock.
