Dragon's Teeth

900 year-old aliens are back for more..

Another interesting episode. Dragon's Teeth had a lot of action and battle scenes as promised that were really cool. But, there were problems with it. It simply wasn't suspenseful. There weren't enough plot twists, of course, we were all left to wonder whatever happened to Tuvok later on torwards the end when we don't hear about the beam-up, but that's just childish, and most likely the writers just forgot to put it in while editing the script.

It's hard to believe that a race of people, very weak people with only a handful of their original numbers left, would try to do what they did. If I were there leader, you need alliances. Lots of 'em, and very quick. Voyager comes along, who knows?

There was no need for them to be hostile. It might have been interesting for Voyager to actually (Gasp!) make some real friends out here in the Delta Quadrant.

But, this episode still makes it interesting. There could be follow-ups on this in the future. The corridors, now that Voyager knows about them, for example. Take a risk, maybe you'll get close to home.

As I mentioned earlier, we recieved no confirmation on Tuvok, did he make it? The writers most likely just forgot while editing, and this seemed to show throughout the episode. It did not appear the writers had placed their entire attention on this episode, there were other projects. I'm a little dissapointed, this might have been grand.
