make sure you save image to your hard drive

open outlook
    select new mail/sect stationary/create new/wizard will open/ browse to the folder where you saved image and select/continue with wizard
Netscape
open messenger
  select new/format/page colors' & properties/browse to folder  where you saved image and select a text link to my site would be appreciated at the bottom of your email
