Lead the efforts in conducting an assessment to identify current gaps in the Ministry’s processes with Oracle Financial. Provided recommendations and strategic decisions to be taken by the Minister to overcome obstacles to facilitate the online connection between the Ministry of Finance and other Qatari Ministries using Oracle Financial software.
