Shell Company, Gabon (Mar. 2002-Apr. 2002), Global Implementation of SAP R/3 ver. 4.6C Using Blueprint Design. Role: Training Manager
Lead the team to develop training material for SAP Blueprint Academy (centered in Shell Malaysia) that provides training to new global project team members and members of the local implementation teams of all Shell Operating Units. Also, developed the training program approach and plan for Gabon implementation and lead the team in defining the training curriculum tailored for Gabon implementation.
