811. -- May 17. Imperial Ratification of the Legal Position of the Jewish Committee. --

On permitting Jewish merchants of the 1st and 2nd guilds to bring foreign goods to trade fairs in Khar'kov and Summy for their own sales.

The Emperor, from the legal position of the Jewish Committee, the 17th day of May of the year 1858, was pleased to imperially order: it is commanded to permit Jewish merchants of the 1st and 2nd guilds to bring foreign goods to trade fairs in Khar'kov and Summy, for their own sales.
