HISTORY:

The Thinker, the fourth member of the Lone Gunmen.He was a new member of the Lone Gunmen. He's not seen because he's agoraphobic and will only communicate with people via computer. He was the computer systems expert of the quad. A radical anarchist and hacker, he had set-up a random access code program to break into the Defense Department files.  Surprisingly he did, he exracted the Department of Defense's M-J Top Secret information that the world has ever possessed. Little thinking he would ever succeed, he had no time to cover his tracks. Fearing for his life, he copied and gathered whatever M-J documents he could onto a digital tape, and gave it to Mulder. He continued hiding until he was later found and captured by a black ops unit (government) in Season 3, where he died at age 28.
