Ah, welcome to Jakob's Hat Shop! This is where you should find some info on this guy, Jakob Dylan. Yup, he's everyone's favorite, isn't he? Well, this guy has a lot of things that you know and might not know. I'll try to get through all of them. The reason why I called this "Jakob's Hat Shop", is because he's always wearing those hats of his. Heheh...of course. Okay, now some details on this guy...
Real name Jakob Abraham Zimmerman
Jakob was born in New York, on December 9, 1969
Religion: Jewish
Wanted to be a painter, but realized the pressure and dropped out on the second week of school (Attended Parson Art School)
Spend a while in New York City, living on 6th Avenue
He likes dogs (but, doesn't like the smell when they're wet), allergic to cats (he's still allergic to cats even it you saw him in the first CD cover, with a cat next to Rami), cuts his own hair for the past seven years, likes silver, don't like gold
He has chicken pox scars on his face, but they're barely visible now
Jakob has a weakness to sad cowboy songs
Has a scar, bitten from a dog when he was young, on his hand (Ouch!)

Jakob always strums his '42 Martin 000-18, but he's gives equal attention to his electric guitars, including a '63 Fender Esquire, a black '65 Esquire, and a '55 Gibson Les Paul Junior--all of which he plays through a Mesa/Boogie Heartbreaker amplifier. For vocals, Jakob sings into a customized AudioTechnica 89R condenser mic. (Cool, eh?)
