I attend Washington High School in Kansas City Kansas. This quater I have been involved in a project having to do with the Vietanm Veterans that have attended Washington High School as a student or staff member. We are commemorating them by placing a granite plaque with their names engraved on gold plates in our hallway. Honoring these veterans means to the senoirs at Washington. We are still searhing for veterans so that we can show our appreciation. Eventually we hope to have a granite plaque for every war a Washington High School student has served. We are trying to find ways to raise money in order for this to be possible.
