If we receive no response to that notification or are unable to successfully contact you by e-mail, we reserve the right to substitute a different stone or crystal in the same item. Also...the sizes given below are approximate - depending on the length and thickness of the crystals in some cases. (Long crystals are thinner, shorter crystals are thicker.)
