Additional Order & Product Information

A few notes about our ordering procedures/details:

ALL prices on our products already include postage and handling charges. There will be NO additional charges.(Except for applicable sales tax when shipping to certain states.)

We do, however, require a minimum $20.00 order.

We only accept orders and ship via USPS within the United States.

Yes, we have discounts available for friends and associates. LOL Talk to either Chuck or I (Jennifer) and we can give you the coupon code to use in the shopping cart to receive your discount.

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Please check our web site often for the latest prices.

Products may be returned within 30 days from date of purchase. Returned items must be received in original packaging, unused and in satisfactory condition to be resold. Unless due to an error on our part, customer is responsible for return shipping on all returns, re-shipping on any exchanges, and a 15% restocking fee may apply to any returned items. Please e-mail us prior to returning any items to obtain an authorization number. Absolutely NO returns will be accepted without an authorization number.

Reference damaged shipments - Do NOT accept damaged goods from carriers. All orders leave our hands in excellent condition. All damage claims must be reported within 48 hours to delivery carriers and the receiving customer is responsible for filing damage claims with the delivery carrier.

We accept PayPal as our only method of online payment at this time. Our shopping cart contains a link to PayPal in which you can make those payment arrangements or set up a PayPal account if you donít already have one. Those wishing to pay by credit card or direct debit from a savings account can do so by using PayPal. PayPal is totally secure, and FREE (for personal use). It's really a GREAT service!

We also accept money orders and personal or company checks from accounts in good standing. Be sure to include your phone number when sending check or money order by snail mail. Any checks returned for insufficient funds will be assessed a $25.00 service charge plus bank fees up to a total of $30 per check in accordance with the laws of the State of Missouri. Make checks or money orders payable to "Earth eScentsuals" and mail to: Earth eScentsuals, 535 S. Carlisle Dr., Sugar Creek, MO 64054.

Orders paid by check or money order are shipped as soon as payment clears, with processing beginning on the next business day after the order is placed. Orders made by PayPal will begin processing on the next business day after being placed and will be shipped as soon as complete. (Some items that are made-to order, like candles, may take a few days depending on how many orders are ahead of yours and how many made-to-order products that you ordered. See first product note below.)

A few notes about our products:

In order to provide the best in quality and freshest fragrances, our candles and incense are handmade to your order. We don't keep a stock of these items, but rather we make them for you upon receiving your order. Because of this you should expect that in some cases, depending upon your order, that it may take us some time to fill your order. We ask that you be understanding of this fact, and if you need a large order, for example - many candles for a wedding, please place your order well in advance.

Due to the uniqueness of hand made items, such as our candles, these items may contain natural inconsistancies or "flaws". These are one of a kind items and so these characteristics are perfectly normal and to be expected. Indeed they are a large part of the charm of a hand made item. :)
