Beautiful Disaster
"Stop it," Nick said as he tried to hit her hand playfully.
"You need a haircut badly."
Nick opened his eyes and looked at Madison frustrated. "Stop it with the haircut talk alright?"
"Fine."
"Good. So how are you feeling?"
Madison looked back down at Nick smiling. "I’m good."
Nick smiled as he sat up and kissed her quickly. "You’re so beautiful."
Madison leaned in and kissed him softly. "So are you," She whispered before she pulled back from him.
"Beautiful?"
Madison grinned and shook her head, "Have you looked into the mirror lately?"
"No."
"You should because you’re beautiful," Madison said as she smiled and then looked around the room, "too bad that’s the only thing going for you," She said laughing.
"What’s that supposed to mean?" Nick asked as he poked her side tickling her a little.
"You’re a slob," Madison replied laughing.
"I’m a guy, guys aren’t supposed to be anal."
"Kevin is."
Nick opened his mouth to say something but then closed it quickly it didn’t have any kind of reply to that. The girl did have a point. "Ok, you win," Nick said quickly and then kissed her again.
"So what’s on the agenda today?"
Nick wiggled his eyebrows.
"Let me guess? Nothing?"
"Correct."
Madison shook her head and said, "I’m sure there is something we can do."
"Oh there is something baby," Nick replied smirking at her.
"Nick."
"What do you want to do?"
Madison looked up pretending to think.
"You name it we’ll do it."
Madison bit her bottom lip and then grinned wide, "I want to go out on your boat. I’ve never been on one."
Nick looked at her shocked, "You’ve never been on a boat before?"
Madison shook her head no.
"Well get dressed we’re going to go out on the boat all day," Nick replied excitedly as he jumped off the bed.
Madison laughed and said, "Sounds like fun."
Nick walked into the bathroom and yelled, "Don’t forget that adorable bikini you have."
Madison sighed as she got off the bed and walked over to her suitcase grabbing her bikini.
"Mm…" Madison moaned as she snuggled up to the covers some more. And then she slowly sat up looking around the room and then down at Nick who was still sleeping peacefully. She smiled as she moved some of his hair out of his face. He really needed a haircut.
Nick sat on the couch waiting for Madison to finish showering and doing all that girl stuff before they went out on his boat. He sat there flipping through the channels when his cell phone started to ring. Nick reached for the phone that was sitting on the coffee table in front of him.
"Yo?"
"Nick my man what’s going on?" Mike asked.
"Not much man."
"How’s your girl?"
"Living with me," Nick replied smiling.
"Fuck her yet?"
"God Mike grow up a little."
"Just a question, so did you?"
Nick sighed as he stood up and looked up the stairs to see if the bedroom door was still closed and then walked through the kitchen out to the patio. "Uh, yeah," Nick replied smiling.
"Score."
"I guess."
"Huh? You guess?"
"I’m feeling a little guilty."
"Guilty?"
"Yeah, she loves me and all and she was a virgin and well you know. And I don’t really actually love her, at least I don’t think. And I feel like I cheated her out of something for some reason because I don’t feel the same way she does."
"What the fuck are you talking about? Nick, if you loved her you wouldn't be able to tell and if you did you’d let your pride get in the damn way of actually telling her."
"Are you mocking me?"
"No, I just think it’s funny that you are guilty about screwing the girl wasn’t the point of you talking to her in the first place?"
"Yeah but things have changed man. I do have a conscious you know."
"Whatever you’ll never tell her how you feel."
"What makes you so damn sure of what I’m going to do?"
"I know you man," Mike replied laughing.
"You don’t know shit man," Nick snapped.
"Alright," Mike said laughing.
"I have to go."
"Talk to you later man."
"Yeah," Nick replied as he hung up the phone and then just stared out at the ocean before he stood up and went back into the house.
"Wow this is amazing," Madison said as she looked around her they were just surrounded by ocean.
"Yeah I love out here."
"I can see why it’s so peaceful."
"Yeah it’s a great place to just sit and think."
Madison looked over at Nick and smiled and then Nick looked over at her and returned the smile before he got up and walked over to her wrapping his arms around her waist. She leaned back into him letting her arms rest on top of his. Nick leaned down and kissed her neck and then rested his head on her shoulder as they looked out into the ocean.
Madison sighed as she looked up at the sky.
"What is it?" Nick asked as he turned her around to face him.
"Nothing," Madison replied shrugging.
"Are you sure?"
The sun was starting to set behind Nick and the way he looked standing behind the sun almost took Madison’s breath away. He was breathtaking. He was by far the most gorgeous man she had ever laid eyes on and he was hers.
She smiled and said, "Everything is perfect."
"Good," Nick replied smiling.
Madison stood on her tip toes and gave Nick a quick kiss.
"You ready to head back?"
Madison nodded as she crossed her arms.
"Alright, you want to drive this time?" Nick asked playfully.
"I don’t think so I’ll leave that up to the pros."
"Alright, you lost your chance," Nick replied as he walked over to the steering wheel.
Madison just smiled as she sat down watching everything he did.
"You tired?"
Madison looked over at Nick, "A little I always get tired when I’m out in the sun swimming you know."
"Yeah, you got a cute little tan going on though," Nick replied wiggling his eyebrows.
Madison shook her head at Nick and started to laugh.
"Today was a good day right?" Nick asked looking at Madison.
Madison smiled and nodded. "Any day with you is a good day Nick you should know that already."
Nick laughed and then looked at Madison seriously, "I feel the same way."
Madison looked at him for a second and then kissed him passionately.
