There are also plenty of beautiful pictures. Lots of information and things to make you feel more comfortable with taking charge of your labor. Very highly recommended!

Only the really obscure herbal-remedy-type answers were absent. The Sears are very attentive to their patients and give them the respect they deserve. No pandering here.
