One night Barry Allen (Flash 2) came home in full costume. His nephew, Wally West, was there. Flash 2 had some serious explaining to do about his super-natural power and how he got it. During his explanation of how he got his power, a lightning bolt hit Wally and gave him the same power! This was different on a teenage body, and Wally started to get too cocky with his power. He started to go a little wacko. He saw a psychiatrist and he eventually healed. He was killed by Abra Kadabra, not knowing that he was powerless at the time.
