The ESA only uses Dark Scrambler 3.0, but for a back-up scrambler all hosts need to download both Dark Scrambler 3.0 and The new Vortex scrambler. Here is the link to these scramblers, and if any hosts dont have these then you need to download them in order to host matches. There is NO USING RAYDR scramblers to host. So, here is the links to the scramblers you need to download to be a host.
