MotorMarks Disk Protector

This is the Acerbis Disk Protector.
I've had people ask me why I have that silly looking white thing on the front of my bike before. And when I tell them it is a disk protector, they ask "how can that piece of plastic protect your disk?"
Well, it is just thin plastic. But the best reason I like it is to keep mudd and sticks and other misc crap off my disk. Before I got this thing, I couldnt hardly stop after a good ride at the local mudd hole.
after I sailed through a red light, I thought I'd give this thing a try. It works pretty good. Look at the pics below, and you can see all the crap that didnt get on the disk.
