I had a little too much time, and some extra change on hand this winter, and while at a bike show, I bought a Chatterbox communicator. I thought I'd use it with my Nolan N100 helmet. So I got the open face mic kit, with the Chatterbox. It has a boom mic. And stereo speakers that mount in the helmet.

I went to Best Buy and bought a cheap CD & FM player for about $30. It has anti skip, and a remote control. The remote is small, and hard to use with gloves on, but it makes it easy to turn on and off.

The Chatterbox would not mount on the side of my Nolan helmet, so I bought the extension cord, and mounted the Chatterbox on my tank bag. It is attached with velcro. And I can cover it with a map window when needed.
The CD player goes inside the tank bag, and the remote control goes anywhere I want it.
When somebody keys up on the Chatterbox, it cuts the sound off the CD or radio, so you can hear what they are saying.
This thing will ROCK!!
