MISSION:

The purpose of the Richard Allen Young Adult Council shall be to serve and coordinate all the work and activities of all youth and young adults, youth groups, auxiliaries and organizations in the local church.  It shall serve as the steering organisation for all youth work and activities in the local church.

It shall function as a youth church and enable youth of the local church to do those things together which can best be done by all youth.   Also, it shall afford an opportunity for fellowship and Christian experience.
