This
is a great all-around building. The interior is gorgeous.
It features a block-long arcade between the historic State Theater and
the office tower on one side, and the YMCA and LaSalle Apartments on
the other. If I were a millionaire, I'd rent the whole complex
once a year for a black tie party with a Big Band and free martinis
for all. The loading dock is spacious and clean, but valets pack
it full of cars in the evening. |
