My Library

I have over 300 books to help teach me about depression and everything else you can think of when it comes to self help. In the year 2000 I had no idea what self injury was but had to learn. If you see a link on my page, I have at least one book on the subject. I wanted to know everything people go through. It is never easy on anyone.

Books have a way of reaching us, sometimes better than anyone else can. Don't be afraid to hang out in the self help section in your library or bookstore (I do it all the time). It is only the courageous who attempt to learn and improve the way they are.
