Healthy Kids

- Kids, in Islam, are our joy and future for the sake of Allah. That means we have to raise them in a way that they will grow up to be the best of Muslims.
- Now, that means you want to send them to a Hafiz teacher at a very young age, Also start preschool and whatnot. With that intention, you also want to teach your kid physical discipline. If they see that physical discipline with a very young age then they are more then likely going to stick to it. It's also important that you teach them the understanding of physical fitness with Islam in it and how Allah has created our bodies. Also, it's good to teach them martial arts at a young age. Its better to first learn it yourself and then teach your kids, because most of the schools in NonMuslim countries teach martial arts according to the ways of Buddest. It's important to teach them the difference.
- If you are not able to teach them yourself, then keep an eye on their teachings and there teachers, and explain to them how they can add zikker to there training. Its important to teach the kids to do zikker with all their workouts.
- For e. g if your kid is going to go running, you should tell them that when they breath in and out while running they should say for e. g, Allah when breathing in, and Akbar when breathing, out and teach them the reason behind it.
- You can also teach them to pray 2 rakath nafil prayers before any workouts, or health training, they do.
