First of all, go around the corner and kill the guard with your Silenced PP7. Grab his gun and then cross the bridge. Switch to your KF7 Soviet for more fire power. Run around the tower and kill the gaurd. Then climb the stairs to the top and pick up the sniper rifle. Be sure to take out the guard up there. Then switch to your sniper rifle and shoot the running gaurds in the head as they run to the tower from the tunnel. Now go through the tunnel into the next section. At the end of the tunnel just before you step out of it, sniper the guards in the small blind straight ahead. There will be a guy behind the metal crates to your left. Kill him next, then turn and shoot down the guy by the tower. Then run over and just for the fun of it shoot and blow up the barrels. Then kill the guy behind the wooden crates. You can blow up some wooden crates for more ammo if you need it also. Then go over to the red and green switch on the green door and press "B" to open it. Then open the next door too after the first one is closed. In the next section be sure to kill the greed guard in front of you. Otherwise he will sound the alarm on you. Then go over and take out the guy by the tower. From there go over to the garage door and press "B", there will be a guy right in front of you, kill him. Then go though the opening into the next section where you will find a high officer. Kill him like the others and pick up his loud but powerful DD44. Then go out the door in that room and open up the fence to go back into the previous area where there is a red alarm on the side of the building. Shoot it until it blows up. Then go over to the door that you just came out of, go behind the wooden crates. There you will find a small monitor, switch to the covert modem on the watch screen and aim for the monitor. Be careful for you only get one of these. Toss the modem onto the monitor to install it. Then shoot the lock on the next fence to unlock it and enter the main part of the dam. Walk a short ways up the dam until you can see the first tower. Switch to the sniper rifle and shoot down the guard on top of it. Then run over to the tower and pick up his ammo. Now enter it and on one of the walls there should be another alarm, use a silenced weapon to blow it up. Then exit the tower and go onto the next one. Do the same thing for each of the towers until you get to the last one. Once you blow up that alarm you will be done with that objective. In the third tower, go down the steps and enter the hallway. There will be many enemies here so watch out. Go straight killing all the guys there are. It is a good idea to sniper some of the ones way ahead that you can see. Once you get to the end, open the door to the room under the covert modem. There will be more guys in here including one hiding behind the mainframes. Kill all the guys and then walk up to the mainframe and press "B" in a few seconds the backup data will be intercepted and you will have completed another objective. Then exit that room and go back to the main tunnel. In there find the first tower and go up the stairs in it. Exit onto the top of the dam and walk over to the platform in front of the second tower. Walk up onto the platform and walk right off the edge to bungee jump off the platform.
There is some body armor on top of the tower in the section of the dam with the small blind on Agent mode, and some weak body armor there an secret agent mode.
The missing island rumor, it is there and you can get to it if you have a GameShark, use the no clipping codes for the dam availible on the GameShark Page. And NO, Mayday and Oddjob are not there, it is just an empty island with a drone gun that doesn't work. Not much to really see or go out of your way for.
