You will start in the vent system, go forward and take a left. You will see a guy's head in the next stall over, shoot him from above in the head. Then drop down into the stall. Open the door and walk over to the guy by the post. Kill him, and then go and kill the two guys in the stalls on the other side they are in the third and fouth stalls going from left to right on the side. After they are all dead. Exit the bathroom through the door on your left. Go through the next door and onto the small deck area. Walk around to the two doors instead of going down the stairs. Then open the doors and run down the stairs shooting the guy at the bottom. Now go in the door to your left. kill the guys in that area and be sure to pick up the clearance card from the guard with a helmet. Then go through the single door to your left once again. You should be in the main hallway that the stairs you didn't go down would have led you to. There will be a guy patroling that hall so when he comes around kill him, that should draw some attention to you. Then you will be able to stay in one corner and shoot all the guys that come over. If you don't draw any attention to yourself, walk out into the hallway and shoot the guys at the end of it. Then open the door right next to you that was previously locked. Shoot and kill the three guys in there and pick up their ammo. Then go over to the computer and press "B" this will opent the locked door. If the computer is destroyed you must abort the mission. Then run to the end of the hallway and take a left. Then open the door on your side and run through the door in that room to the next section. There will be two guards in the locker room, kill them both. Then get in a nice place and shoot the guys that come throught the door you just came through. There will be four of them so don't go on until they are all dead! After they are dead go into the next section and kill the three guys at the end of the area. You may get hurt a little bit here. Then check the rooms on either side to see if Dr. Doak is there. Next go straight ahead into the next area. Kill all the guys that come near you. First go straight ahead into the computer are. Open the door to your right with the right side computer by pressing "B" by it. Then exit the computer area and take a left as you are coming out of it. Go into the room with the gas containers and climb up the stairs to the four corner platforms killing all the guys you find. Check if Dr. Doak is on one of the plat forms, in that room and make sure you don't shoot any of the gas tanks. Enter this area ONLY if Dr. Doak was not found in either of the previous two areas! Then exit this area and do the same thing to enter the area on the other side. This will be the laboratory area. Kill the two guys behind the wooden crates, then walk up the stiairs. Walk through the hallways killing all the guys you see. At the end of the hallway kill the two guys by the post. If Dr. Doak wasn't in any of the other areas you went to, check some of the scientific labs around this area for him. Then go through the hallway to the next area where you will find two guys, kill them both. You should now be standing by a locked door, switch to the door decoder that Dr. Doak gave you with the watch selection and go by the door and press "Z" to use it. The door will then open. Walk down the stiars and go talk to 006, then plant a remote mine on each of the bottles in sets of two setting the mines diagonal from each other. Wait until 006 is clear from the area so you don't hurt him. Then blow of the mines with the detonator or by pressing "A" and "B" together. Then either open the doors or go on the belt to exit the facility.
Invincibility
This will take you many tries and the trick is not to give up. First, start running and switch to your remote mines right in the vent. Exit the bathroom not shooting anybody. Run down the steps and when you are at the bottom quickly toss a remote mine next to the locked door. Then quickly switch to your PP7 and open the door behind you and shoot the guard, get the key and his gun. Then on your way out quickly switch to your KF7. As soon as you exit the room with the guard, hit "A" and "B" very fast to detonate the mine, be sure not to get burned. This should clear the area of any enemies. Now run into the room with the computer and open the door by pressing "B" by the computer. Be sure not to place the mine so close to the door that you destroy the computer. Then run as fast as you can through the hall and throught the open door. Forget about the guys in the locker room and the guys coming from behind. Go straight through into the next area, just keep running off to the side while fireing at the guys. Go straight into the next area where there are two ways to go. Go left and shoot all the guys in your way. This should cause a guy from the other side to open the door for you. Once it is open, kill the guy instantly and run straight up the steps. Run through the hallway just shooting at guys like a mad man. Run to the corner area and see if Dr. Doak is there. If he isn't abort and try again. If he is run up to him and as soon as you see the words leave, you don't need to stay with him to get the door decoder. In the next hallway quickly switch to your remote mines again, run straight through the two guys while dropping a mine as you pass them. Detonate it with "A" and "B" quickly and then run up to the door. Press start and then switch to the door decoder and use it on the door. Switch back to your remote mines and run down the steps. You should have three of them left. Find 006 and run by him to start him talking. Then go to the opposite side of the tanks as he is on to avoid hurting him. Toss a mine above a set of four tanks detonating it in mid-air with "A" and "B". Run to the next set of four that 006 isn't near and do the same thing as before. Then blow up the last set of two using the same method as before. Next quickly run out through the doors to complete the mission. If you did it in 2:05 or less you get the cheat!
Body armor is located on a wooden crate by the first locked door and in the computer room before the laboratory area in Agent and Secret Agent modes.
If you ever go up the stairs at the end of the facility before the doors to exit, you will find a secret place where you can spy on the guards and stuff. There will be two guys up there so be sure to kill them first.

It is impossible to kill Ouromov and still complete the mission.
