About Adam

Adam Sandler was born in Brooklyn, New York and he grew up in Manchester, New Hampshire. He has been a funny guy all of his life, in school, you could say he was known as the "class clown". Adam is a very talented guy, he is a musician, actor, comedian, writer, and who knows what else. He was with the cast of Saturday Night Live for 5 years. Which he even wrote some of the many great skits for. As you know, there are alot of people who have gotten famous, or, more famous, from their appearances on the SNL cast, such as: Norm McDonald, Tim Meadows, Dana Carvey, Chris Farley (much respect), and many more.
Adam has been in his fair share of movies, with some of his smaller, first roles in Coneheads and Airheads. And the first movie he really starred in: Going Overboard. Which alot of people haven't seen, it's not that good, but it does have some pretty funny parts in it. For those of you who don't know, it's about this guy (Adam Sandler) who is just a normal guy that's a waiter on this cruize ship, and he wants more than anything to be a comedian. But there's a problem, he really isn't funny. But it does have a happy ending, but, I'll try not to say anything more about it.
Leading to some of his much more bigger, starring roles in movies such as: Billy Madison, Happy Gilmore, The Wedding Singer, Bulletproof, and his new movie Waterboy, which comes to theatres November 6th (It's gonna be great!). The Wedding Singer led to a short t.v. show kinda series thing, called 'Lovelorn'. Which was basically the same thing as 'Loveline' but with Adam Sandler and Drew Barrymore, you know, 'Adam and Drew', kinda weird huh? Anyway, Adam and Drew also won the Best Kiss Award on the MTV Video Music Awards, so I bet they were happy about that, even though I thought it was a pretty sorry ass kiss. :)
Adam has also joined in on the music carreer, in 1993 he came out with "They're All Gonna Laugh at You!". And has since come out with two more albums consisting of "What the Hell Happened to Me?" and "What's Your Name". Personally, my favorite is "What the Hell Happened to Me?", mainly because it has alot of funny 'skits' in it, and just a few songs. His newest album "What's Your Name?" is mostly songs, and I don't think It's as good. Not like I could do better or anything. But overall, Adam is one hell of a guy!
