Joel Howell
Owner/Chief Engineer

Joel has been recording music since late '95. He started on Null Studios with co-partner Jeremy. He attended the Recording Workshop of Ohio and graduated in spring '99. He started working as Chief Engineer of LSL shortly thereafter, starting with various mix tapes and electronic manipulations.
After progressing through various styles of electronic and DJ orientated ventures ('99-'02+..) he focused on more band orintated projects and recordings. He has cautiously marched toward the goal of turning the LABS into a fully functional music studio,
Mission Complete:
Now in 2005 he has recorded and released music for bands (60+) all over the west Michigan area as well as the archiving of different acoustic open mic nights and poetry slams.
