the beginning 2002 summer First semester |

I received a
desktop computer this week that was donated because it was replaced by
a newer model. While going threw the documents on this computer
to see what I had been given I ran across this. We will just let
it speak for itself.

| May 6th |
| This
would be our proud school mascot. It consist of 3 people
circling a star all holding hands with a break between two of
them. Our real mascot would be the wolverine but we decided it
wasn't cool enough and that we should pay big bucks to use this form
of symbolic something or other, who knows.

| I have been a busy little bug lately and did some altering to my extra long URL address (mainly for me.) Now you can just type 2play.it/empiremonkey instead of the other long one. It should link you here, pretty nifty huh. I am never out of surprises and will try to keep things up to date here at E/\/\. |

| I
was in class this morning admiring my P4 case and noticed the
beautiful blow-hole on the side of my case. It is beautiful
and would need a fan to make it complete. So if any of you
computer nerds out there who has any extra ones around email me.

| I
had the joy of being taken out to Chinese today. And it was
all good food. I even received a fortune cookie. The
message inside of it was confusing and I didn't quite grasp
it. If anyone could figure it out for me and send me a
response that would be nice.

|
Went disking today in the rain
(hardcore) with my buds Special K and Camera Man. It was a bit soggy out
and my disk suffered the tragedy of getting stuck. It took all
the Kinds horses and men together to get it out but we did it.

| March 21st |
| Computer cases are very dangerous. This morning I was minding my own business building our P4 for my A+ class and then out of the blue it bit me. I was pushing out the plastic floppy drive cover on the front of the case with a screw driver from the inside of the case. And like I said it bit me, the cover gave way and my thumb nicked the side of the drive bay. The drive bay gashed up my thumb pretty bad and I needed 4 stitches to sew it backup right. All goes to prove that computers can't be trusted and you should never turn your back on them. For proof of this account check ~here~, pretty bad-just take my warning and be careful with those computer cases. |

| Some
of my smarty pants friends were asking about my title of the web
page and thought it had no meaning. And this is also for you
English majors out there are asking them selves "Empire Monkey, what
in the world does that mean? What is the significance of this title?" Well, it was inspired from a Windows 95 Compaq at my
KCTC A+ certification class. One day my bud started up the machine
and a screen popped up stating that our computer was infected and taken
over by an Empire Monkey
Virus and that it was taking over. To make a long story short
about our naught monkey we downloaded the big gun for the Empire Monkey
and killed it. Evil, evil little monkey!!!
