 
WINTERTIME WONDER
Snow is a flying, now we must dress warm
For Mother Nature has brought the cold storm
So put on your boots, hat, and mittens too
Then the cold winds, won't do much to you
Make a snow angel, or take a ride on a sled
Or drink some Hot Chocolate, to stay warm instead
Cuddle up with a blankey, read a book by the fire
Rock by a window, or take a walk in the mire
The Wintertime Wonder of fresh fallen snow
Gives purity to the outdoors, where ever we go
As we watch the snow fall, right before our eyes
Stick a tongue out, catch snowflakes, that drop from the skies
A hush seems to hover, a silent reprieve
One that seems endless, one that won't leave
A blanket does lay on the ground, so we play
Making snowballs, and snow forts, all of the day
