Now my friends Howard and Debbie who were just down the road (Muscat, Oman) have gone, another friend who frequently visited UAE was Lilian K from Singapore Airlines, but she has since left SIA and moved on
I met up with a bunch of people called the GREASY GROUPERS back in 2000 and through communications with Bill Rudman / Dave Behrans have met up with some people I first met in 1997 at Sandy Beach, Carole and Leon, who are now in Australia.

A couple of my ex-colleagues here in Dubai also dived, although were not as fanatical as I, Nancy Monge from the Philippines and Mike Shimokoshi from Japan. My other Japanese dive buddy Kota Yamamura has returned to Tokyo.
