This is a soap recipe, not a body scrub, although the combo is so nice, I am sure you could turn it into anything you wanted!  I use a tallow/olive based recipe, but I am sure any hard bar would be fine.  The additives are as follows:

0.5 oz per lb of oils tea tree EO
0.5 oz per lb of oils peppermint EO
1/2 Tbs per lb of oils powdered sage, (known skin tonic, turns your soap a really nice shade of light green)
Poppy seeds to desired scrubby effect...I love a heavy scrubby so I do about a Tbs per lb of oil.

These all go in at what ever trace you want to pour your soap.  The EO's don't really give you any sort of trouble.  I have also OHP this one and it turns out fine, just have to mix it a bit more.  Have fun soaping!

Scent Blends

~ Contributed by Cat

Ocean
3 parts cucumber f.o.
2 parts bergamot e.o.
1 part lavender e.o.
touch of peppermint e.o. (if desired)
Ocean Breeze
2 parts lavender e.o.
1 part rosemary e.o.
1 part bergamot e.o.
touch of peppermint e.o.
Ocean Breeze (2)
2 parts rosemary e.o.
1 part lemongrass e.o.
1 part lavender e.o.
touch of peppermint e.o.
Peppermint is a very strong oil and will "take over" a blend unless used sparingly.
