Q) If a therian is pregnant then would the child also be Therian?
A) Well this question is kinda already answered in my main page but I shall attempt to develop it further. It have previously said that Therianthropy is not passed down through families and therefore not genetic or in anyway family related. But then again there still is a chance that s/he could turn out to be a therian and that chance really depends on how you view Therianthropy. Most people agree that people are Therian because their soul/spirit is made up of both human and animal (their therio-type) however some people say everyone's soul is like this and Therians are just able to access this side of them (Y) whilst other people say that non-therians just have completely human spirit/souls so Therians are different to average people (G) . If you think about it then whichever view you believe would affect the chance of a Therian's child also being Therian; option Y would suggest that if the parent was a Therian then it would probably be fractionally more likely for them to have a Therian child than a non-therian would as the child might be able to 'access this side of them' easier through genes and whatnot. Option G would suggest that there is equal chance of Therians or Non-therians having a therian child as it's just luck. You could always argue that option G is also more favourable towards Therian parents with Therian children as their soul/spirit could be more likely to be made of human and animal.
Basically that just took us round in a massive complicated circle. To summarise though, Possibly. It is possible that whether the parent(s) is/are Therian or not may effect whether the child(ren) is/are Therian. The best way to find a better answer would be to find and talk to some Therians who are parents and ask so good luck finding them is you try to do that. And to add in my own view: I don't think the parent being therian would effect the child who would have as much chance as being Therian as any child would. But Hey!
