Anchors
Meet Kristynna McGinnis. Krissy grew up in Geneseo, Illinois. She graduated from Columbia University with a major in broadcasting. Right after graduation, she landed an internship at a major Chicago news station, Wake Up Chicago on Channel 2. She began reporting, and soon found herself being offered a job at KJCA.

Meet JC Hillman. JC grew up in Nashville, Tennessee. He transferred from Nashville Community College to New York State University. JC never thought he would get into broadcasting. He changed his major quite a few times. He landed a job reporting and photographing the boys and girls sporting events at NYU, and here he found his passion. He traveled across the states, taking jobs at many different news stations. Five years ago, he was offered an anchor position at KJCA.

Reporters
Reporting for KJCA is Katey Rusk. Katey always knew she wanted to report. She volunteered at many different news stations in her hometown of Jasper, Alabama. She was offered an internship at the local news station. After two years, she went to Alabama University and received her major in broadcasting. It was here she found her passion for investigative reporting. She has been employed at KJCA for 10 years.

Reporting for KJCA is Emily VandeWiele. Emily grew up in New York City. Her father owned a cable network in New York. She graduated from New York State University with a major in business, hoping to take over her fathers company one day. However, the company went bankrupt, and Emily applied at a KJCA for camera crew. As she grew more and more familiar with the station, she soon became a full time reporter.

Director
Directing KJCA is Lynette Peterman. Lynette has a major in news production and a minor in communications from Chicago State University. She was very involved in the broadcasting department at Chicago State. She was an active writer and was elected editor in her schools newspaper. She was raised in Ontario, Canada, and always had the big dream of working in a huge news company in New York. She moved around the U.S. and worked as a reporter. She finally landed a job as director at KJCA 22 years ago. She has brought many benefits and changes to the news station.

Producer
Producing KJCA is Kristy Carter. Kristy went to a community college where she found her interest in broadcasting. She graduated from Western Illinois University with her broadcasting major. She then found an internship at a local news station where she worked as a photographer and reporter. She then got another job at another local news station and began producing. Five years later, Kristy landed the job at KJCA as producer. She has been producing the shows for eight years now.
