The website is a collaborative project between the graphic designer, the programer and the e-commerce firm. The role of the customer experience representative will be to co-ordinate all the parties ensuring that the content is fresh, accurate and up-to-date, always ensuring that the customer has a positive online experience.
The winery will continue to incorporate web tools and technologies to enrich user experience and to improve usability and findability on the website. The challenge will be to spend the right amount of money to get the desired results.
