I stepped on the scale and the number that flashed scared the hell out of me… 362 pounds the most I ever weighed in my life. I knew it was time and I knew I had to start that day, My wife and I agreed we needed to get the Beachbody system running. I had seen what it done for people smaller then me and some as big as me, I knew that could be me… But I had to stop waiting for tomorrow to come. That day wasn’t coming it was always, “Just A Day Away” well that’s why I stopped saying tomorrow and I changed it to TODAY!
