Law students study both criminal and Insolvency corporate law, among many other courses. Following 3 years of law school, there's another 3 years of practical training. If you are not a UK citizen or Company Lawyer legally permanent resident, you Llc Filing cannot be sworn to the bar. For that matter, no firm can hire you for the practical training as PSW visas have been abolished. You cannot remain in UK to practice law if you are not a citizen or legal. permanent resident (hold ILR). 
A few Corporate And Commercial outstanding solicitors per year are invited to Inns of Court to become barristers. You have no chance of ever becoming a barrister. 
If you are not a UK citizen, there is NO point to studying law in UK. You must study in your country of citizenship.
