RELLENONG BAGUS

Ingredients:
1 med.sezedd bangus or milkfish (about 800gms.)
1 tbsp.soy sauce
1 tbsp. calamnsi or lemon juice
1/8 tbsp pepper
pinch of salt
1/4 c. wate
2 tbsp. cooking oil
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 onion,finely
1/2 c. tomatoes, finely chopped
1 tbsp. pepper
1 tbsp. butter or margarine
1/3 c. peas,drained
1/4 c. raisin
1/4 c.potatoes, diced finely then fried
2 eggs,beaten
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. cooking oil

HOW TO COOK.....?

GAMBAS

Ingredients:
1/2 k. med. sized live shrimps
5 cloves garlic,chopped fine
1/4 c. olive oil or cooking oil
Dash of hot chili sauce
1 tbsp. lemon juice or calamansi juice
1/2 c. white wine
1-2 tbsp. bread crumbs
Green olive for granishing
