Pip is the only 2002 filly of the late Fiddler's Black River (Waseeka's Vivo x Fiddler's Dolly) and the first buckskin he ever sired. He only sired four buckskins in his lifetime, two fillies and two colts. She is line bred to Waseeka's Nocturne with three crosses to him and can boast of other notable Morgan ancestors such as Kingston, Upwey Ben Don, Ulendon, Waseeka's In Command, Whit Aker's Sensation, Troutbrook Playboy, and Kadenvale Don. When we purchased Pip's dam in foal to Fid we hoped for a colorful filly that waved her legs and snapped those hocks and even at a month old she showed us she could do just that! Her natural animation and stylish beauty make her a gem among colorful Morgans. She has several champion paternal siblings and one buckskin maternal sibling making colorful history down south in Florida. Her name by definition means "To come to a realization." For us Pip is the realization of a dream come true. She is the first foal in the Skyland Manor breeding program and the first foal to have our prefix.
