Dr. Wheelo was once a mad scientist that was thought to die in an avalanche. But when his assistant uses the Dragonballs to wish back their lab, he is still alive, but only as a human brain. He tries to take over the body of the strongest warrior. He first thinks it is Master Roshi, but when Goku arrives, he is proved wrong. He puts up a great fight, but like all the other villians, he is destroyed.
