Anchor Links
Anchor links are pretty much easy. All you have to do is put <a href="#top"> as the link to the the anchor link. Then put <a name=top> where ever you want to have the anchor link take you to. The same rules apply when linking them though. So make sure you add </a> after <a href="#top">. Here's an example.
