Pan is the daughter of Videl and Gohan. Because she is a female, it is very hard for her to turn Super Saiyan, but it is in her blood. Which is why her child is able to turn Super Saiyan. Pan is mostly with Goku and Trunks. She goes with them into space after the defeat of Bebi.
Paragas
Hair: Black
Race: Saiyan
Appearence: Dragonball Z Movie 8
Paragas is the father of Broli. He would have been dead, but when Frieza destroys Planet Vegeta, Broli's power keeps them alive. In Movie 8, he comes to Earth to ask Vegeta to rule the new Planet Vegeta for them. In reality, Paragas actually wants to rule the world.
Piccolo

Appearence: Dragonball, Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT
Piccolo is what hatches from Piccolo Daimou's egg. He shares all of the functions as Piccolo Daimou, except for his appearence. During the Saiyan Saga, Piccolo is forced to team up with Goku to defeate Radditz. After that battle, Piccolo kidnaps and trains Gohan, who brings out the good in Piccolo making him one of the good guys.

When Kami trys to become Guardian of Earth, the former Guardian tells him he has evil within. Kami forces this evil out of him, forming two parts. An evil half, Piccolo Daimou, and a good half, Kami. Although they are apart, they are still together in some ways. Thinking to themselves would also be thinking aloud to the other. Also, if one dies, so does the other. When Piccolo Daimou is finally killed by Goku, he spits out an egg, thus forming Piccolo. Piccolo has all the same tributes as Piccolo Damiou.
Pikkon

Race: Alien- Unknown Type
Appearence: Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT
Pikkon looks very much like a Namek. He wears weighted clothing like Piccolo, and shares the same green body. He appears in the afterlife and fights against Goku in the Afterlife Tournament. He almost defeats Goku, but he uses an attack to many times, thus showing Goku where his weak point is. Pikkon also appears in movie 12.
Pilaf

Race: Alien- Unknown Type
Appearence: Dragonball, Dragonball GT
Pilaf only has one goal in the show. That is to build machines to gather the dragonballs for him, so he can make a wish to be ruler of the Earth. He never actually gets to make his wish, but he does come close several times. In Dragonball GT, all he got to do was accidently wish Goku to be a child again.
Popo, Mr.
Hair: None
Race: Alien- Genie
Appearence: Dragonball, Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT
Mr. Popo is the assistant to the Earth Guardians. He is mostly friends with Kami, but seems to become good friends with Dende as well. Mr. Popo is all black, and usually travels by flying carpet.
Porunga
Hair: None
Race: Dragon
Appearence: Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT
Porunga is Namek's Eternal Dragon. Unlock Earth's Dragon, Porunga can grant 3 wishes, but his rules are also different. He is very big and muscular, and his Dragonballs are big as well. Also, Porunga is very impatient, it is smart to know your wishes once you summon him.
Puar
Hair: Blue/Gray
Race: Cat
Appearence: Dragonball, Dragonball Z, Dragonball GT
Puar is Yamcha's cat. He is also the only animal in the show (besides Gregory) that can fly. Like Oolong, Puar can shapeshift. But Puar can stay in another forming longer than 5 minutes.
Purple, Sergeant
Hair: Black
Race: Human
Appearence: Dragonball
Sergeant Purple has the same traits as Master Roshi. He was a martial artist, but was also very perverted. He fights Goku in the Muscle Tower, and uses many tricks while in battle.
