Babadi

Babadi appears in Dragonball Z with Dabura during the World Martial Arts Tournament. He uses the energy of his slaves, Majin Vegeta, Yamu, Spopavich, and Dabura to revive Majin Buu. Buu being much stronger than Babadi, desides to kill him.
Bibidi

Appearence: Does not appear
Bibidi is the creator of the powerful Majin Buu. Being as strong as he is, Bibidi destroys all of the Kaioshins. Only one Kaioshin survived. This one Kaioshin destroyed Bibidi and trapped the evil Buu.
Bardock

Race: Saiyan
Appearence: DBZ Special- Bardock: Father of Goku, Dragonball Z (Goku's visions)
A lower class Saiyan that lived on Planet Vegeta with the rest of the Saiyans. He was a great warrior with the power to see within the future. His friends were killed, and Bardock foresaw his own death. Frieza destroyed him along with the rest of Planet Vegeta.

Appearence: Dragonball GT
Built by Dr. Myuu, to seek vengeance on the Saiyans that destroyed his race. He is first seen when Goku, Trunks, and Pan are searching for the Black Dragonballs. After a battle with Goku, he sneeks aboard the ship, and follows them to Earth. While on Earth he posses the bodies of Gohan, Goten, and finally Vegeta. After achieving his ultimate power has Super Bebi-Vegeta 3, he is finally killed by Super Saiyan 4 Goku.

A general of the Red Ribbon Army. General Blue was a real "pretty boy", until he was killed by General Tao.
Bojack
Hair: Orange

Appearence: DBZ Movie 9
A powerful warrior. He is the main villian of Movie 9. The Z Fighters were no match for him. After many attempts, Gohan finally kills him.
Bra

Race: 1/2 Saiyan, 1/2 Human

Bra is born at the end of Dragonball Z, and helps very little. She is the daughter of Bulma and Vegeta, and looks very much like Bulma as well.
Briefs, Dr.
Hair: Light Purple

The father of Bulma, and the husband of Mrs. Briefs. He is a genius and creates many things throughout the series. Being the owner of Capsule Corporation, he gives the Z Fighters many useful things.

Mrs. Briefs is a true blonde. She always says the wrong things at the wrong time. Being the only one not a genius in her family, I don't know how she stays happy all the time.
Broli
Hair: Black- Yellow when Super Saiyan
Race: Saiyan
Appearence: Dragonballs Movies 8, 10, and 11
As a baby, Broli was kept in a crib next to Kakorott (Goku). Kakorott's crying devolped a hatred inside of him. It was this anger that caused Broli to go Super Saiyan many years later. He is thought to be killed in Movie 8, but reappears in Movie 10. Finally, in Movie 11, he appears a green, mechanical monster who is sometimes called Bio-Broli. He is killed for good in Movie 11.

King Kai's pet monkey. He is strong and fast, but as the episodes go by, Bubbles seems less and less strong.
Bulma

She is the daughter of Dr. and Mrs. Briefs. Her genes definiately come from her father. She is smart, but loses her temper a lot. She helps her father create many of the items used in the series. She even created the much used Dragon Radar
