Hi and welcome to my little suikoden demon century page...yeah I know how popular this is going to be... But first I'd like to say this is not about the game! This is different...very different an obscure little anime that I found very interesting.
First the basis of the story:
In the beginning of the 21st century Tokyo was was devasted by an earthquake that destroyed government and industry. Now everything is being controlled by crime lords. ( The city sucks basically) It's a world where only the strongest, and most ruthless can survive, a place where the mercenary reigns supreme, and for some strange reason the best of the best is Takateru Suga. A crazy red head country boy who is about to take on the most powerful and feared criminal synidicate in Tokyo to rescue his kidnapped sister. This brave if stupid soul is backed by...a creative assortment of would be rescuers. A cop, a priest, a Buddhist monk, a ninja nun, and a cross dressing street fighter. All of whom apparently play a crucial role in the fullfillment of an ancient prophecy. Welcome to Suikoden: Demon Century
